ManUp40 Inc.
The number "40" has many biblical and symbolic meanings. We at ManUp40 Inc.have taken the number 40 and is making it our target age for our male youths. We believe by the age of 40 our young men should be able to look back over their lives and be pleased with what they see. In order for this to happen we at ManUp40 Inc. will focus on helping develop and strengthen our male youths in several different areas of life.

Proverbs 3:5-6
...and study, practice and believe in your Faith. Your faith; you must always study it, live in it and believe in it. Having "Faith" is key to a man everyday life and success. Faith is always something one can rely on when one have nothing else. Faith brings forth strength from within and which comes from GOD above.
For this very reason , make every effort to supplement your faith with goodness, goodness with knowledge, knowledge with self-control, self-control with endurance, endurance with godliness, godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love..

Psalm 128:3
...and take your place in your Family. Our women, daughters and sons need us now more than ever. We were created to be the head of our household and fathers to our children. Our family future depends on the future state of our manhood; we must understand what our purpose is in the family. When a man learn his roll; the better a man can appreciate his roll.

...and take control over your Finances. Understand the difference between "making money" and "making a living". Making money is what high school and college men are doing-relying on their parents. Making a living is when you're earnings can solely support you and your family along with having a percentage set aside for retirement and etc... Understanding the reasons of money.

...and realize that it's very hard to be successful without an Education. Take the time to learn every and anything you can. It doesn't necessarily have to be in a 4yr college, but it's a MUST that a young man today complete high school. Continue to try and take courses and training classes; in your work field or in a field that interest you. 
The wise store up knowledge, but the mouth of the fool hastens destruction.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.

...and understand that you are part of a Community and the community is a part of you. Take pride in where you live and the people that live near you. Realize that a community is only as good as the people who live and participate in it.. Volunteer as much as you can in your community; take the time to learn the history of your community.
How good and pleasant it is when brothers can live together!

...and realize the importance of staying healthy and in good physical shape. Take the time to do some form of exercise at least three times a week. Find a local physician and dentist; so as you grow in life they can inform you of step to take to help you have a healthier life. To be the head you must be healthy and strong enough to lead.
